Quality dry white wine
It feels like you are having a bite of a grape cluster. It tastes fresh, crunchy, fragrant and mild, intensified by the carbon dioxide content of the wine. Besides it has a delicious fruity flavor. I kindly recommend it for light chicken dishes, cold starters, and as a refreshing supplement mainly for pleasant chit-chats. Best served at 12 °C.

Quality dry red wine
Its fiery and dynamic fragrance is completed by a flavor reminiscent of dried red berry fruits. It has a crunchy, rich and a bit of sweetish fiery taste. It can be perfectly paired with both red meats and red fruit desserts.

Beyond the light garnet red color, a bomb is ticking… its fragrance reminiscent of mature red berry fruits is followed by a full-bodied and fiery flavor, which spreads like velvet in your mouth… and then EXPLODES…!! TAKES IT ALL…!!

Quality dry white wine
Its fragrance is mainly dominated by flavors of aging in wooden barrels. Its taste is characterized by a mixture of vanilla and sweetish features along with the higher degree of acidity of the soil. I recommend it for spicy, grilled and smoked fish dishes.
It is worth serving it at 14 °C.

The Babiczki Chardonnay is just like this…!! People are divided by its style but if you like it, you will get addicted to it and it will rule your taste buds!
The fragrance of buttered and wooden barrel is reminiscent of California… unlike any other wine of the same kind, its rich vanilla flavor is not sweetish!! It is complex and multicolored which may come from the volcanic subsoil of the Mátra…!? This wine is also reminding us of the search for the true Love: first you must get to know it, if you want to love it!

The peach, grape and floral notes return to the aroma and taste of the light yellow wine. Over time, as the bottle matures, the deepening cute color and 'petrolos' characteristic of the variety develop more and more. It is characterized by pleasantly nice acids, freshness and crisp aromas. A really lovable face for the Riesling breed.
Youth, clowness - a feeling of life in the bottle:

The Babiczki Rhine Riesling could also be a symbol of a true confident, tight-lipped, pure man from the Mátra.
When we were young, the smell of the flourishing field remained in us - as we were ‘crossing over’ it with our bikes - like the big bikers! Then, over time, the world of real "petrol" gasoline-powered machats will hit us and we can't resist it!
This is exactly the effect that highlights the unique, volcanic terroir features of the Mátra from our Riesling senses!

Quality dry white wine
Fruity, fragrant and light—as if it chanted the magic words of the Mátra wine region; thus it did not accidentally become the prevailing wine of the wine region. Its taste is perfume-like, savory and elegant. I recommend it well chilled for light stewed meat, roasted poultry and for after business meetings as a ‘tie-loosening’ company.

Babiczki Pinot grigio, the conqueror with Italian temperament and Hungarian heart!!
Hungarian… because it is the prevailing wine of the Mátra wine region… conqueror, because across Europe it has conquered half of the world…!! And we haven’t even talked about the wine itself!!
Its appearance is not conspicuous—its perfume-like fragrance is reminiscent of Latin style—its cheerful flavor is conquering—generally its Italian-like, loose mentality prevails, while its Hungarian-like virtue conquers you!! Be a woman or a man; if nothing else, you will find your friend for sure—even if it’s a bit ‘greyish’…

Quality dry red wine    
Its fragrance is characterized by fruits as well as spicy and piquant features. Its flavor is pervaded by the aging in barrel. It is fiery, but still harmonious. I recommend it for both spicy white and red meat dishes.

Babiczki Pinot noir... just like any other Pinot; as my friend Gál Tibor (Pinot noir specialist from Eger) described it with one word: ‘THE PRINCESS!’… And it is indeed a dominant type; the Princess of elegance…
Behind the light ruby color it has an abundance of everything... its spicy features are harmoniously mixed the fragrance and flavor of the oak barrel!! The wine has a silky, rich, harmonious and elegant style...
It is a real ruler; you either surrend to it or... it will conquer you!!
